Welcome Hello there! Thank you for visiting my website! I hope you enjoy your stay. I built this site to help promote my 2D and 3D work. I am currently working for Telesgop (Swansea based TV production company) as a Multimedia Producer. I work with all sorts of media such as Web, Games, Internet TV, Motion Graphics...pretty much anything to do with graphical imagery. Here are some samples of work that I have been working on recently. To create these projects, I have been using a number of programs. These programs include Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, After Effects, 3DS Max and Illustrator. Below are images from games I created whilst studying BA Creative Computer Games Design. 3DS Max and the Unreal Tournament 3 engine were used to create most of these images. Most images come from my final major project named GhostWriter. The game was based on the corruption of Nursery Rhymes and Fairytales. To read more about GhostWriter, please visit the mod page. 'Fleeed World Tour', is a Flash game that was created to help promote the World Sheepdog Trials. The game was displayed at the 2008 Royal Welsh Show at the Telesgop stand. I am currently working on creating small Flash Games for NGFL (National Grid For Learning). These are being built using ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0 (these will be uploaded when the project is completed). As well as having experience in the programs mentioned above, throughout my work, i have gained other software capabilities. Some of these programs include, Adobe Audition, Director MX, Corel Painter, Maya, WinDEU (Doom Editor), Hammer SDK (Half Life engine) and Zbrush.
If you haven't already guessed by the image above, I love to play guitar and write and record music. I also love to play video games on all platforms (especially on Xbox Live - my gamertg is 'matticus182'). Stephen King has to be my favourite author - IT, The Stand, Insomnia, The Tommyknockers - great books! I wish I could read faster, there's so many books I want to read but haven't touched yet. I tend to watch a lot of 3D films (Pixar for example) and any other films with a lot of CG (transformers, LOTR etc). I plan on making my own short animation - but i'll tell you about that another time! I like to share my knowledge and write my own tutorials for the Unreal Tournament 3 engine. They can be viewed here: these tend to take up a lot of time but I plan on writing more in the future.
