I just came across an old game I used to play – Rocket Knight Adventures.
It seems that alot of people don’t know about this game, but to me, it definately deserves to go down as a classic. Everything is great about this game, the characters, the levels, the music, the gameplay…(I could go on).
So here’s a reminder to all those who have played the game how brilliant it is. To those who haven’t played it, I seriously urge you to stop whatever you’re doing, and get a copy of the game right now.

Swansea Bay 10k 2010
A few weeks ago I ran and completed the Swansea Bay 10k. I finished with a time of 55:40. Not bad for my first time
Have to beat that time next year!

Swansea Bay 10k!
Every year I say am going to do it…and then I never do. So this year, I just signed up for it. Now I have to do it! I’ve never really been a long distance runner, so I’m not used to this kind of thing. On my first few attempts, I’ve been finishing the run around the 48-50 minute mark (not bad!).
I’ve got a few months yet before it starts (September), so hopefully I will be able to cut the time down by a few minutes!
